John Wood
Co-founder

With over 30 years experience within the marine industry. John has been privileged to work within design, manufacture, sales, marketing and management of some of the most prestigious marine brands. From a young age he’s always been intrigued and captured by floating homes after staying in Amsterdam, now an expert in delivering some of the most unique and inspirational floating homes in the UK. Developing this new market has not been easy, but persistence and determination has meant delivering quality and certified homes in quantity is now a reality. John’s down time is also spent on the water with family and friends, dedicating his free time to being an all-round waterman.

Bruce Brooker
Co-founder

Bruce brings a wealth of leadership, commercial and cross-functional experience gained across a range of complex and challenging sectors. With a passion for working with like-minded people, he thrives on the challenge of delivering exciting and rewarding projects that benefit all parties involved. There is no doubt that On Water Developments represents an adventure that will inspire and give people the opportunity to live, work and play on the water.

Bruce loves his sport, especially rugby, and still has visions of playing for the All Blacks! In addition he loves training which he attributes to needing to run after his 4 young children!

Anna Wood
Design & PR

After starting her professional life as a photographer working in the world of advertising, Anna side-stepped to join the creative team, working on campaigns for global brands including Porsche and Peugeot. Later making the decision to combine her passion for surfing and snowboarding with her working life, Anna travelled the world working for Oxbow, Reef and Billabong. After raising three children, Anna’s re-entry into work came initially in the form of selling art (another life-long passion) and styling interiors, bringing her career full-circle back to design and photography.

Tom Browning
Marketing

Tom is a brand strategist, designer and writer, who specialises in storytelling for brands, businesses and organisations. With over fifteen years’ experience in some of London’s top agencies, working for clients such as British Airways, U+I and The FIA, Tom has recently returned home to Devon to focus on helping to grow On Water Developments’ truly unique offer.
